Hourly Forecast - Villanova Monferrato, ITA

Pockets of stormy weather will be found across the country as we advance into Sunday.

Like the clocks on Sunday morning, thunderstorms will move forward into the Southeast. The heaviest rain will be found from Alabama and Mississippi to Georgia and the Florida Panhandle. A few strong to severe thunderstorms will pelt the region as well.

A disturbance moving across the Great Lakes will produce snow showers for upstate New York and northern New England, with a few sprinkles and rain showers finding their way as far south as New York and Boston. This same disturbance will also lead to a few morning snow showers for residents of the Michigan Upper Peninsula.

Another area to watch will be the Pacific Northwest, where a fresh Pacific storm will lead to rain showers across much of western Washington and northwestern Oregon. With snow levels remaining above pass level, look for wintry scenes in the mountains, but travel shouldn’t be overly impacted.

The rest of the U.S., from California to the Rockies, and from the Plains to the Ohio Valley and Mid-Atlantic will feature plenty of sunshine on Sunday. Look for beautiful weather to take advantage of the extra hour of sunlight in the evening!

Speaking of beautiful weather, temperatures will generally play along for much of the country. Highs in the 50s and 60s will stretch from the Pacific Northwest to the Plains and from the southern shores of the Great Lakes to the Mid-Atlantic and Carolinas. Only Michigan, New York and the New England states will see temperatures holding in the 30s and 40s on Sunday, while southern California, Arizona, Texas and Florida will see 70s to 80s.
