Pollen Forecast for Chillicothe, Illinois

The quantity of pollen grains in the air for Friday will be falling in the moderate range. This lowering of pollen concentrations is a result of rising humidity, weak winds and expected precipitation in the morning and afternoon which tends to wash pollen out of the air.

Concentration of pollen grains in the air for Saturday will be higher than they were today in the moderate range. Since the weather has a major influence on pollen dispersal, this increase is due in part to higher temperatures and the lower dewpoint.
