Pollen Forecast for Pennington Gap, Virginia

The quantity of pollen grains in the air for Tuesday will be falling but will remain in the high range. This forecast of lower pollen concentration is based on falling temperatures, rising humidity, and expected precipitation in the afternoon which tends to wash pollen out of the air.

Pollen concentrations for Wednesday will be increasing over today's levels in the high range. Since the weather has a major influence on pollen dispersal, this increase is due in part to higher temperatures and the lower dewpoint.
