Pollen Forecast for Pikeville, Kentucky

The quantity of pollen grains in the air for Tuesday will remain relatively stable in the high range. No change doesn't mean no pollen, it just means that pollen producing plants are delivering pollen at a steady pace.

Based on past pollen counts and expected weather conditions, pollen levels for Wednesday will be rising in the high range. Since the weather has a major influence on pollen dispersal, this increase is due in part to rising temperatures. This heavy increase in pollen concentration could very well cause problems for those who are allergic to airborne pollens.
